§1 Applicability to Businesses and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.teenytiny.de .

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely an non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Order” buttons
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the “Checkout” button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” or “Buy” button

Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the internet page where the customer’s data is recorded and correct input errors, or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser, by pressing the “Back” button in the internet browser they are using after checking their details. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.teenytiny.de. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment in advance.

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after concluding the contract.

§4 Delivery(1)

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank instructed to make the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item, even in the case of a mail-order purchase.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
